Which simulators are available?
At present, the Airbus 320 is available.

Are they real aircraft?
Yes and no. Most of the parts are true to original replicas; however, it also has real parts that come from an aircraft.

Can anyone fly an aircraft?
With the support of our supervisors, anyone can take off and land our simulator aircraft. Please note that the simulator is not convenient for physically and/or mentally handicaped persons.

Is this something for men only?
No, women also seem to enjoy it.

Is there a minimum age?
We recommend a minimum age of 12 years.

Is there a minimum body height?
We recommend a minimum height of approx. 1.50m (4.9 feet) so that the pedals can be operated.

Do I need any special equipment?
Closed shoes without high heels are advisable, otherwise everything else - if necessary - will be provided.

Do I need any previous knowledge?
No, you are supported by us and do not need any prior knowledge.

How much time in the simulator is recommended?
Per person it is reasonable from one hour. You will see how quickly the time flies.

Is it possible to fly with several people?
There is room in the cockpit for one "pilot" and one of our colleagues. If two people have the SimLand Type Rating, these two can share the cockpit. You can bring a maximum of two accompanying persons who can sit behind the cockpit.

Is the simulator air-conditioned?
Yes.

Which is the most suitable gift?
We will be happy to advise you. We are sure to find the most suitable for your needs.

How do I order a gift voucher?
You can easily select the option "Buying Vouchers", where everything will be explained to you in detail.

Can I buy more than one gift voucher?
You can buy as many vouchers as you like.

Can I combine vouchers?
If scheduling allows it, it is not a problem.

What payment options do I have?
In principle, we prefer to order/book via the website at least 1 week before the planned visit. You will then receive an invoice with all payment details by e-mail. You can pay the invoice in the traditional way by bank transfer or directly via PayPal.
For those who decide at short notice, it is also possible to pay directly on site either in cash or by card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Maestro are accepted).

How do I book an appointment?
You can conveniently set your desired date under "Book and pay for appointment". If you are uncertain, you may simply call us.

Is it possible to celebrate parties or hold a corporate event at SimLand?
Please contact us. We will be happy to advise you.

Can I have my simulator PC installed/configured or serviced by SimLand?
That is possible. We are mainly specialized in Windows/P3D systems. You may bring your PC together with the associated hardware and software to our company. After an examination of the PC, we will make you an offer free of charge as to what we think is useful and feasible. If you agree and place the order with us, the PC will then be refurbished on our premises. You will then receive a detailed invoice. After payment of the invoice, you can collect your PC. At the time of collection, you will be informed about the status of your "overhauled" PC.
